| This Gallery shows examples of surface development over 25 years using gold, silver leaf fired onto the surface. The lustres are resin lustres made from pine resin with gold chloride, bismuth nitrate, cobalt nitrate, zinc acetate fired to 740†c. The pigment lustres are made from red clay and silver nitrate, copper carbonate fired to 670†c and reduced. The glazes are sprayed, dipped, poured and painted. Fired to 1300c either in reduction or oxidization, except the pigment lustre and lustre glaze examples where these were fired to 1100c. |
